BoardVitals is committed to helping students pursue their medical education and successfully make an impact in their field post-graduation. To celebrate the 5th year of our medical school scholarship, we will be giving away one $2,000, one $1,000, and one $500 scholarship to three medical students or medical residents in strong academic standing who are passionate about the impact experience has on newfound perspectives in medicine.
Scholarship Awards:
- 1st Place: $2,000 VISA Prepaid Card
- 2nd Place: $1,000 VISA Prepaid Card
- 3rd Place: $500 VISA Prepaid Card
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or a 4th-year medical student enrolled in an MD/DO accredited Medical School in the United States OR in a medical residency program.
- A resident of the United States
How to Enter:
- Fill out the entry form to the right.
- Attach proof of enrollment in an MD/DO accredited Medical School or residency program. The following are accepted:
- Unofficial transcript
- Residency acceptance letter
- Class schedule
- Submit a 500-word essay on ONE of the following topics:
- Share a specific patient care experience that presented unexpected challenges. How did you approach and overcome these challenges, and what did you learn from the situation?
- Reflect on your personal connection to a specific medical specialty. What experiences or encounters led you to choose this specialty, and how do you envision contributing to its advancement in the future?
Submission Deadlines:
- February 29th: Early Bird Deadline
- Entries submitted before the Early Bird deadline will receive a 20% off coupon for a BoardVitals Question Bank
- May 31st: Scholarship Deadline
